RETURNS

HdPc strives to ensure every purchase with complete satisfaction and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with the goods received, you may request an exchange or refund by meeting the following criteria:

- the return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery
- to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- any special release, promotional or collaboration items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- items must be returned back with it's original packaging and tags.


HOW TO RETURN
- to initiate a return, please send us an email at info.hdpconline@gmail.com
- state the reason for your return and with photos of any product/order issues if applicable
- our team will confirm your return request and provide you with a shipping label to cover the costs of returning the goods. We do not cover the cost of returns unless the return results from our error such as an order issue or defective goods.

PROCESSING RETURN
Once your return is received, our team will go through an inspection process and we will notify you of its status.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only offered for the same design in different sizes or colors, if you wish to exchange with a new product with a different design, we would suggest you request a refund and place a new order for the new item.

REFUNDS
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 12 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
