RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At HdPc, we strives to ensure every purchase with complete satisfaction and as such we will handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with the goods received, you may request an exchange or refund by meeting the following criteria:

Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including any packaging and tags.
- Special release, promotional, and collaboration items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be in resalable condition, meaning they must include all original packaging and tags, and show no signs of wear.

How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact us via email at info.hdpconline@gmail.com with your order number and a reason for the return. If the product is damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the issue.
- Our customer service team will review your request and confirm the return details.
- HdPc does not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product). Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the issue was caused by HdPc.

Return Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color only. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please request a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a defective item.

Important Notes
- Ensure that all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as HdPc is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- If returning footwear, please protect the shoebox by placing it in an outer packaging layer. Damage to the shoebox may result in the return being refused.
- For returns from outside Malaysia, please clearly label the package as "RETURNED GOODS" and tick the "Return Goods" option on the customs declaration form to avoid any import duties or taxes. HdPc is not responsible for any customs fees related to returned items.
- We reserve the right to monitor and restrict frequent returns that violate our Fair Use Policy, and we may limit or refuse future orders for customers who abuse this policy.
