Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 working days of purchase. During holidays, promotions, special releases, or high-volume periods, processing times may take a little longer.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please note that orders cannot be edited, combined, or cancelled once they have been placed and registered in our system.
Malaysia Shipping
Orders within Malaysia typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other related charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred and is unable to estimate these charges, as they vary between countries.

We ship all Malaysia orders via Ninja Van and international orders via FedEx.
